Terms and Conditions

"I agree to waive MTTracy LLC, and its staff and teachers, The Unitarian Universalist Church in Livermore, Congregation Beth Emek and their owners, of all claim for personal injury or property damage that may arise from use of the facilities before, during, or after Music Together® class. I also accept responsibility for my safety and the safety of my children at the studio before, during and after Music Together classes. I agree to abide by the regulations listed hereunder."

Registration Policies:

  • Payment in full is required at the time of registration
  • Tuition will not be prorated but you are welcome to make up all missed classes within the semester or in the next semester in which you are actively registered. No refunds will be given after the start of the session except under extenuating circumstances upon approval of the director. If you are unable to take a session for which you have paid, you must call 925-998-3865 or write [email protected]  An administrative processing fee of 10% of the tuition payment is non-refundable.  

Fees/Tuition:  

  • 10 WEEK FALL, WINTER and SPRING session fees: $295 for first enrolled child, $100 for each additional sibling. Infants under 9 months as of class start date attend FREE with a registered sibling!  

  • 4 WEEK SUMMER session fees: $140 for first enrolled child, $80 for each additional sibling. Infants under 9 months as of class start date attend FREE with a registered sibling!  

  • Make-up Classes: Please schedule make-ups through our make-up scheduler https://mttracy.com/makeups.aspx   Please Note: If you know you'll be missing a class for vacation or doctors appointment etc, you can schedule and attend a make-up class before your missed class!

 

Health Policies:

• Keeping our families and teachers safe and healthy is our top priority, we have made updates to our health policy based on guidance from public health authorities. Please reach out to Director Jody Harcourt with any questions or concerns: (925) 998-3865.

• In-person classes may be canceled or moved online at any time. 

• If anyone in your family is sick, please stay home until you are fully recovered; if you or your child has had a fever, you all must be fever-free for at least 24 hours (without assistance of fever-reducing medication) before returning to class.
